It is advised to use sunscreen daily(spf 50) regardless of skin complexion or weather conditions. Sunscreen helps prevent skin damage and further darkening of preexisting hyperpigmentation.
When purchasing a new cosmetic product it is easy to get excited and over use it. It is important to be consistent. One should expect to see results if used as directed ;typically between 3-4 weeks of continual use.
Creams or to first be tested on a small area to ensure there isn’t any irritation. Then used twice daily and then apply sunscreen (spf 50)
Exfoliation products once weekly.
