SHIPPING

All packages will be shipped Priority via USPS within 3-5 business days. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please follow up with the United States Postal Service. Refined Skincare is not responsible for package(s) that show completed delivery.  

Refined Skincare is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or an incorrect shipping address (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).

Please note: Some shipments may experience delays due to weather conditions (ie natural disasters).

RETURNS

All products are sold “as is” and are purchased at your own discretion. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and NO refunds will be issued.

DAMAGES & ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide the best resolution.
